Shipping / Returns
We currently offer free shipping worldwide on all watches (not straps). If you live outside of the U.S., VAT, customs and/or other fees for import are not included and may apply for the customer. We cannot determine these quotes and recommend that you check with your regional customs authority. Returns made due to VAT, customs, duties and/or other fees for import will be subject to a 30% restocking fee.
Luxemont offers free and easy returns / exchanges of products (valued $100 or higher) purchased directly from our website within 90 days of receiving the item. A product can only be exchanged for a product of the same or lesser value. If you wish to exchange for a more expensive product, a return must be made for a full refund. You can, then, place a new order for the item of your choosing at your own convenience.
The product(s) must be unused and in its original packaging with labels and protective stickers intact – still in the same new condition as when the watch was received.
Products purchased directly from our website must be returned to us (not a retail store) for a refund or exchange to be made.
Luxemont does not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.
