Warranty / Damages
Our timepieces are made to the highest standard of quality. Even so, your watch is covered by our limited warranty against any defects in manufacturing; this includes the watch movement, markers, dial and hands.
The warranty for a Luxemont timepiece is valid for a period of 10 years from the date of purchase.
Other parts that are not listed above are not covered by this warranty.
Luxemont does not honor any warranty claims that are not accompanied by the original documentation. To obtain a repair or replacement under this limited warranty, you must ensure that the authorized retailer, from where the timepiece was purchased, has appropriately filled in the warranty card.
Luxemont will not honor any warranty claims for watches purchased from an unauthorized retailer.

If your timepiece is damaged through shipping, you will have 7 days upon reception to contact us, as well as the delivery company, to make a damage claim. You will need to inform us on what is damaged and also let us know the case number of the delivery company's claim form. Once the claim is approved by the delivery company, we will promptly send you a new timepiece to replace the damaged one.
